Book a Ride Details

  1. Service is available only if the registered user is aged 60+

  2. Facility at call center is available from 10 am to 5 pm only (Working weekdays only)

  3. The Company is facilitating a booking request with OLA/UBER Cabs and service is provided by OLA/UBER Cabs

  4. Company does not take any responsibility for the services provided by OLA/UBER Cabs and cannot provide a guarantee for the service to be available

  5. Payment for the ride is to be made directly to the Cab driver and not to the Company

  6. The client has agreed to avail of the Cab services totally at its own risk of any kind arising from the nature of service. The Company shall perform its duty diligently, to the best of its ability and shall protect the interest of the client to its best ability.

  7. All booking requests at the call center should be made ONLY on via the UCare App.
